Pregnancy Test Request
Use this form to request a pregnancy test.
Tests are available for pick up or delivery. Please specify which you prefer and we’ll reach out to you for more details after you submit this form.
People of any age and gender are invited to submit one request every three months. There is no fee. Currently, we are only serving the following counties in West Texas: Brewster, Jeff Davis, and Presidio.
We’ll do our best to get the test to you within 24 hours of your request.
